Who we Are
We are Urban Meadow, a Singapore registered business with UEN 53372329M.
We own and run this website and by using it or ordering goods on it, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Once payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email detailing the order. Please check spam or junk folders if you don’t receive one and contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org in the unlikely event you didn’t receive the email.
Also, please contact us as soon as possible if there’s anything in the confirmation email you don’t agree with. Likewise, we reserve the right to refuse orders that contain manifest errors and will contact you as soon as possible to reconfirm such orders.
Our working Days
You can order flowers for delivery on any weekday that is not a bank holiday in Singapore. We currently require orders to be placed at least one day ahead of delivery and our cut-off time is 3pm. If you miss that cut-off time and need flowers for the next day, send us an email to email@example.com and we’ll try our best to accommodate.

We will also launch special products for days like Mother’s Day and Valentines, which you will be able to order for delivery on actual day, even if it falls on a weekend. You’ll find these on the home page whenever they’re available.
Urban Meadow is all about bringing a little bit of nature into the lives of the people of Singapore. We use the freshest flowers so that they will look like nature intended them and last as long as possible.
However, flowers are a natural product which means every single one is unique and can vary in size, colour and look. And we try to make the best bouquet out of each individual set of flowers. This means that the bouquets you purchase may not look exactly identical to any photographs you see on this website or to another bouquet you may order.
As we select only the freshest flowers in the morning of the delivery day, unfortunately, it’s not possible to request certain types of flowers as they may not be available or the freshest on that day. However, you can trust us to create a beautiful bouquet whatever flowers we’ve sourced. Our Gallery page shows examples of some of our previous bouquets made from a wide range of different flowers.
Finally, the Singapore climate can be harsh on flowers but you can help them last longer by giving them certain care. Each bouquet will come with some care instructions and you can visit our FAQ page for more useful tips. By following these you should get at least 3 to 5 days’ joy from the “little meadow” and depending on the type of flowers, often a lot longer. But please understand that we can’t guarantee this, as these are natural products after all.
All prices on our website are quoted in SGD and include free delivery. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Orders are accepted when payment is successfully processed.
Our payment processing providers are fully PCI-DSS compliant, which means your card details are kept secure. At no times do we have access to your card details.
The prices on this website include free delivery to all publicly accessible areas in Singapore. This excludes areas such as army camps; airbases; shipyards; prisons and off-shore islands such as Pulau Ubin and Jurong Island.
When sending flowers to someone, we appreciate it’s not always easy to ensure the recipient is available to take delivery. So please leave any instructions or alternative arrangements in the Special Delivery section of the order form, including a phone number of the recipient so our couriers can contact them if necessary. All our bouquets are wrapped with sufficient water at their base for the flowers to last at least a day, making it feasible to have them left at an office reception; a neighbour, condo guard house or covered doorstep. So please leave such instruction in the field provided on the order form.
We don’t cater for timed deliveries as our couriers go via the most efficient route on the day. That keeps the price of the flowers low for everyone and in better for the environment too.
If our couriers are unable to make delivery, whether due to inaccurate delivery address details or no feasible alternative arrangements, then unfortunately redelivery may result in extra charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
If for some reason you’d like to cancel an order, we request at least 24 hours’ notice from the delivery date. Please forward us the confirmation email you received to firstname.lastname@example.org , including the words “Cancel” in the subject header of your email and we’d appreciate if you include your reason for cancelling in the body of the email so that we can serve you better in the future. We’ll arrange a full refund to the same card or method that was used to make payment.
If you’re not satisfied for some reason with the product and/or service received, please also email as soon as possible to email@example.com with an explanation and we’ll do our very best to rectify the problem and, where necessary, come to a fair resolution.

Any trademarks, names, logos, photographs, designs or other items whether registered or not are our property and nothing on this website should be copied or reconstructed without our prior written permission.
